Guest Automation Inc has extensive Design Build experience across North America. We provide 100% in-house capability for Design Build projects from inception to completion for the most cost efficient and effective methods of construction. Engineering
Guest Automation Inc’s system engineers, factory trained technicians, red seal journeyman and master electricians work with building and facility operators in the project design to meet the individual requirements of the facility. Our system engineering also includes designing Ice Rink and Building Automation Systems from the ground up, all the way through project completion.

Visio and AutoCAD Engineered Drawings
Guest Automation Inc’s in house team is trained in both Visio and AutoCAD software programs to produce all require project documentation, submittals and as-built drawings
Panel Manufacturing
Guest Automation Inc’s panel shop team constructs, assembles, inspects and tests all Automation Control Panels in our electrical and panel fabrication shops prior to release into the field.
Installation

Due to the inherent design of our project components many building control issues can be assessed online and resolved remotely. We also provide annual or semi annual scheduled onsite system maintenance contracts worldwide.
Commissioning

Prior to project handoff to facility owners and operators, we verify, commission and document all system components are controlling all building systems as designed. Our project integration schedule includes essential orientation and facility operator training and operational systems manuals.
