Safety concerns around the use of ammonia led Massachusetts’ Tabor Academy to replace its aging ice-making equipment. Tabor Academy worked with I.B. Storey, who introduced them to a next generation chiller system that uses Opteon™ XP10 (R-513A) refrigerant. The result? A great example of applied innovation – creating a safe, efficient and environmentally responsible cooling solution that reduced operating costs and promotes sustainability.

Guest Automation is proud to have partnered with I.B Storey on the Tabor Academy project, providing the installation of the control systems and software that automate this innovative solution, and the support services needed for continued success.
